Jax and I had a photo shoot with Jackie Lamas at the garden….. We had so much fun! Jax really connected with Jackie and with nature…. He loved being with all the grass and trees. It was a beautiful day, it had rained earlier that day, so everything was clear and the plants and trees were clean. Here are a couple sneak peek preview pictures….. I cant wait to see the others….. these turned out great!!! couldn’t be happier!

Sunday Morning, Jax and I drove out to see Grandma Esther and Grandpa Greg at their timeshare in San Diego. We had lots of fun! On the way home, I decided to stop by the Wild Animal Park because Ive never been and obviously Jax hasn’t either. We had fun and only stayed for a couple hours. Took a few pics from my phone, so I’ll blog those at a later date. Jax mainly loved looking at all the kids running around. He did like the birds, but it was kinda hard to see the gorillas, chimps, & elephants. I wanted to walk the tiger trail, but the sign advised against strollers because the hill was so steep going down. Jax stayed in his stroller the whole time and was very relaxed. Which is unusual. haha. We got our picture taken with Thelma on my head.
All in all it was a great weekend. And much needed getaway.
So today Jax has been answering the phone…. well, not really, but when Grandma says “helloooooo?” Jax puts his hand to his ear as if he’s answering….
Also, he was playing with my phone, he had it up to his ear, then he put the phone up to grandmas ear. It was so adorable!! No pic today. 
Jax and I went to go see Grandpa Greg and Grandma Esther because Devyn and Izaac were in town from New Mexico. Izaac is about 1 month younger than Jax. Here are some pics.

Today was a good day. It was a nice close to a hectic week. The party was Hawaiian Luau themed. and there were lots of decorations.
Attendees include: Mommy, Joshy, Grandma Valerie & Grandpa Dave, Grandpa Greg & Grandma Esther, Daddy, Auntie Candace & Felicia (candaces mom) & Jordan, Leilani & baby Elija, Julia & Devinn & Nevaeh, Noni & Alex & Marcus & Jasmine.
Yummy Foods Include: Homemade Chili, BBQ chicken sandwiches, veggie trays, fruit salad, feta pasta salad, funfetti cupcakes with homemade whipped cream, butterscotch caramel brownies, and chips and dip.
Im exhausted, I may have to finish this tomorrow…..
Well, I haven’t blogged because its been so crazy lately. Last Saturday night, Jax started getting a fever, Sunday morning, Grandma took his temp, and it was pretty high, and Jax wasn’t feeling himself. So, Tuesday morning, we woke up really early because he was burning up. I took his temp and it was 102.9, and that was 2 hours after he had some ibuprofen, so it must've been pretty high when he got the medicine. later that morning, I took him to the pediatrician. She decided he had Roseola. For the days he had the fever, he was miserable. I could hardly put him down. after the fever broke on Wednesday, he developed a rash covering pretty much his whole body. its not supposed to be uncomfortable in any way for him, so I was happy about that. his attitude improved dramatically. And now that its Saturday night, the rash is pretty much all gone… whew….. anyways that took up the majority of the week including time I needed to do party prep. So as you can imagine, I was a crazy person running around trying to get everything ready for the Luau party…
